• Speakers are required to complete registration using the standard online registration system

Cancellation Policy

• A cancellation fee of $250 is charged prior to 2 weeks before event (May 7, 2012 or before)
• No refund on cancellations after May 7, 2012
• Substitution is subject to a $250 administrative fee
