Chuck Frost is the Campus Energy Manager at UC Berkeley and teaches HVAC system and control classes for the Environmental Control Technology Department at Laney College in Oakland CA. and the Building Operator Certification program for the Pacific Northwest Energy Efficiency Council. Before coming to UC Berkeley he oversaw the building automation systems at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
